Ken specialises in place-based work, leadership development, creative engagement and facilitating the establishment and development of eco-system networks and communities of practice.
Cate specialises in network development and change programmes. Cate has led sizeable change programmes at both a place-focus and in national organisations, having worked across multiple sectors.
Jamie specialises in innovative interaction design and delivery, people led complex problem solving and multi medium content creation that connects with people through its simplicity and emotive look, sound and feel.
Stan is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach specialising in executive and team development. He has delivered over 500 coaching sessions and workshops across public and private sectors, helping people and teams unlock potential, build trust and perform at their best.
Louise is an experienced leader with a strong background in policy influence and organisational change. She specialises in place-based approaches, coaching and facilitation, bringing empathy and collaboration to everything she does.
Lois blends creativity and coordination to make systems thinking clear and engaging. She supports the Miova team with project planning and delivery, ensuring ideas and actions stay aligned and on track.
Pete specialises in place-based transformation, collaborative systems leadership and strengths-based approaches. With almost 20 years’ experience across the NHS, he works with organisations, communities and cross-sector partners to build collaboration, strengthen systems thinking and create lasting change.
Liona has extensive background in grant making, programmes and policy in the sport and physical activity sector with a focus on young people. She specialises in place-based approaches, youth voice and engagement, and learning and evaluation methods that support communities to create change.
Michelle specialises in visual design and creative storytelling, with a background spanning design, marketing and photography. She helps the Miova team translate systems thinking into engaging, relevant outputs that connect with different audiences, places and contexts.
