About Liona
Liona started out as a youth worker, which led her to roles in the charity and public sectors where she designed interventions using sport and physical activity as a tool to support young people. She has extensive experience in designing and commissioning micro and large scale grants, and working with the youth and physical activity sector to co-design programmes that create change. Liona is an active trustee of two London-based charities.
Liona is naturally curious, and uses her degree in applied anthropology to help people think about the questions to ask that will lead them to real insight. She has worked with hundreds of organisations to create tools for evaluation and engagement that feel useful, working alongside them to draw out key insights so they can create the change they hope to see in their communities.
