Cate Atwater

Cate has worked across charity, local authority and social enterprise sectors, at senior executive level and is a highly regarded strategist in the context of the public sector. Cate is a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and an active Trustee of two place-based organisations. Throughout her career, Cate’s roles have focused on people and places. Much of this work has involved strategy development, systems leadership, building an organisation’s role in their place or system, and scoping and developing connections. Her driver has always been to support change and to collaboratively build impact, with a focus on sustainability.
