Changing places, services, outcomes for people etc. At Miova, we approach systems leadership work through the lens of creating collaborative networks; developing shared purpose; changing people’s beliefs and views; integrating success across partnership; and training clients to support their own development, behaviours, and understanding, to be effective system leaders.
