The Miova team has a wealth of experience across the public and private sector; including previous work with the NHS, local authorities, universities, charities, social enterprises and private industry.
Sport England commissioned Miova to support with a programme of sector wide engagement to scope and co-design a plan to bring the leadership community to life.
On behalf of Sport England and the LGA we designed and delivered a two-day 'Introduction to Systems Leadership' programme.
The aim of this project was to establish a sustainable approach where co-production is at the heart of how Wakefield services work with communities.
A project with Wakefield Council to develop a whole system/place based approach to physical activity in Wakefield.
In spring 2023, Miova was contracted by an international pharmaceutical company to work with one of their business units.
Ken has been working with the Local Government Association as a keynote speaker on the Leadership Essentials course.
